MAVIORB Account Terms

1. Operator and scope

These Account Terms govern the shared MAVIORB account and platform gateway operated by Theodoros Mavrosavvas (Θεόδωρος Μαυρόσαββας), trading as MAVIORB, a registered business name in Cyprus.

They do not replace the separate terms that may apply to individual MAVIORB product lines, subscriptions, purchases, digital services, virtual currencies, AI-assisted experiences, or other product-specific features.

2. The shared MAVIORB account

A MAVIORB account is a shared identity and account layer that can be used across MAVIORB product lines that you activate or are otherwise eligible to use.

Creating a MAVIORB account does not automatically activate every MAVIORB product. A product may require separate onboarding, eligibility checks, email verification, membership or entitlement, and acceptance of product-specific Terms before access is granted.

3. Your account information

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and keep information reasonably current where the service allows you to update it.

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to keep your sign-in methods secure and for promptly contacting MAVIORB if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

4. Sign-in methods and external identity providers

MAVIORB may support password authentication and external identity providers such as Google. The availability of a sign-in method may vary by surface, product, or stage of rollout.

Using an external identity provider does not make that provider the operator of MAVIORB and does not replace these Account Terms or any product-specific Terms. The external provider may separately apply its own terms and privacy policy to your use of its service.

MAVIORB links external identities using verified provider identity information. An email address by itself is not treated as sufficient authority for silently linking a different account.

5. Product activation and product-specific terms

MAVIORB product lines remain responsible for their own service rules and product-specific contractual terms. For example, LunaloQ may require separate activation and acceptance of LunaloQ Terms before LunaloQ product access is granted.

Charges, subscriptions, virtual currencies, refunds, content rules, AI guidance, availability, and other product-specific obligations are governed by the applicable product terms rather than these shared Account Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the MAVIORB account service to gain unauthorized access, impersonate another person, interfere with security controls, abuse authentication or recovery mechanisms, introduce malicious code, probe systems without authorization, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Automated or abusive activity that threatens users, infrastructure, availability, security, or the rights of others may be restricted or blocked to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the service.

7. Account security and verification

MAVIORB may require email verification, re-authentication, or other proportionate security checks before allowing access to sensitive account or product actions.

If a sign-in method, external identity, or account state cannot be verified safely, MAVIORB may refuse or delay the relevant authentication or linking action rather than weakening the security boundary.

8. Availability and changes

MAVIORB is an evolving platform. Account features, supported sign-in methods, product integrations, and technical requirements may change as the service develops.

MAVIORB aims to keep the shared account available and reliable, but temporary maintenance, security action, provider outages, or technical failures may interrupt access. Product availability may also depend on the separate status and rules of the relevant product line.

9. Restriction or closure

MAVIORB may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect account security, investigate misuse, comply with law, or protect the service and other users. Any action should be proportionate to the reason for the restriction and subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

You may close your MAVIORB account using the account controls that are made available. Account closure does not remove legal obligations or product-specific records that must lawfully be retained, and product-specific deletion processes may apply to additional data.

10. Privacy

The MAVIORB Privacy Policy explains how the shared account and identity layer processes personal data. Product-specific privacy information may supplement that policy where an individual product processes additional categories of data.

11. Intellectual property

MAVIORB and its product lines may contain software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, media, generated experiences, and other protected material. Except where a product expressly grants a different licence or applicable law permits otherwise, these materials remain owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

These Account Terms do not transfer ownership of MAVIORB software, brands, platform technology, or product content to account holders.

12. Responsibility and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Account Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights where they apply.

To the extent permitted by law, MAVIORB is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, by an external provider acting under its own service, or by misuse of an account contrary to these Terms. Product-specific responsibility remains governed by the applicable product Terms.

13. Governing law

These shared Account Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer, jurisdiction, or conflict-of-law protections that apply to you in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

MAVIORB may update these Account Terms when the shared account service, legal requirements, or platform structure changes. The current version and effective date are shown on this page. Where applicable law or the nature of a material change requires new notice or affirmative acceptance, MAVIORB will handle that separately rather than treating a silent document replacement as sufficient.
